We have received the Association for the Promotion of the Port of Tarragona (APPORTT, Agrupaci贸 Per a la Promoci贸 del Port de Tarragona, in Catalan) Award in the Professionalism category and special dedication at the promotion of the Port.
And we have also received the Corporate Confederation of the Province of Tarragona (CEPTA, Confederaci贸 Empresarial de la Provincia de Tarragona, in Catalan) Award for the best family business in the Province of Tarragona.
Our trajectory of more than 50 years has not only been possible thanks to the constant investment in our fleet, but also to the commitment and dedication of our human capital, which are the main values of our leadership in the tourism sector.
Our knowledge of Catalan geography, the Port of Tarragona, the points of tourist interest of the territory and the idiosyncrasy of the population, allow us to offer an added value in the design of routes and tours that affect the satisfaction of the visitor.
Our experience, of more than 50 years, has allowed us to be pioneers in the transfer of cruise passengers, both in shuttle services and excursions in the territory. We also offer our knowledge and experience in transport services to the most notable event organisation agencies, congresses in the territory and tour operators.
Our involvement with the Costa Dorada brand is reflected in the presence of Autocares Nika in the institutions and properties that participate in the promotion of tourism.
We are executive members of the Tarragona Convention Bureau, the Municipal Tourism Board of Tarragona and we hold the vice-presidency of the Transport Federation of
Companies in the province of Tarragona. In addition, we are members of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Transport Entrepreneurs (ANETRA, Asociaci贸n Nacional de Empresarios de Transportes en Autocares, in Spanish).

Solvency and experience in the provision of service and customer satisfaction are the main values of our company, which have been implemented by management obtaining the ISO 9001 (International Standardisation Organisation) management and quality system, ISO 14001 environmental management system of the company, ISO 13816 quality system in passenger transport, OHSAS REGULATION 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 39001 road traffic safety management system; since our company is committed to improving its road safety for our passengers on the road.

We have a large team specialised in the transport sector to be able to offer the best solution to the needs of our customers.
We have a human team with more than 70 professionals belonging to different disciplines and always in continuous training.
Our drivers, with a clear vocation for service, are trained for safe and efficient driving on the road, through the Certificates of Professional Aptitude (CAP, Certificado de Aptitud Profesional, in Spanish). We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French, which provides meaningful and fluent communication with the client.
The Pro-Activa training that is given at Autocares NIKA ensures a friendly and personalised treatment.
The homogeneity of our staff is an added value that ensures a professional corporate image.
